ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — A judge ruled in favor of Latitude 360’s landlord Monday to evict the business from its North Fayette Township location.
According to the lawsuit filed by attorneys for Pittsburgh-based Emfaze Associates, Latitude 360, which is the last remaining location of the restaurant and entertainment complex in the U.S., hasn’t paid rent in months and owes multiple mechanics money.

The judge’s order allows the landlord to seize the property on Quinn Drive and the equipment inside.
Latitude 360 has 30 days to respond to the lawsuit.
This isn’t the first time Latitude 360, which is operated by Latitude 40 Group out of Florida, had been threatened with closure for untimely payments.
In December, Latitude 360's owners made a last-minute payment for their delinquent drink taxes to avoid getting shutdown. But just last month, the county sued them again for failure to pay $35,000 in drink taxes.
Calls to the company's corporate office went unanswered Tuesday, and a voicemail service for Latitude 40 Group said the mailbox was full.
