PITTSBURGH — At least one ketchup bottle will return to Acrisure Stadium as Gate C is set to become “Heinz Gate,” Art Rooney II told 11 News.

“At least one of the ketchup bottles is going to reappear here at the new Heinz gate, which is the old Gate C,” said Rooney. “The Heinz folks renamed that gate and we’re working on having one of the ketchup bottles displayed over there.”
A big question for Rooney during the offseason is if the offense is taking a step forward as offensive coordinator Matt Canada remains with the team.
Rooney told writers last week that part of the decision to keep Canada was the development and progress of quarterback Kenny Pickett.
Channel 11′s Jenna Harner took it one step further, asking Rooney what specifically he needs to see from Canada next season.
“Well, I don’t know that there’s a specific bar,” Rooney said. “Obviously our goals are the same, we want to start out by winning our division, getting to the playoffs and hopefully making some noise in the postseason.”
We also asked Rooney if Kevin Colbert has a new role with the organization.
He said Colbert is now working with the Steelers alumni program.
