The steepest skiable slope in Pennsylvania is getting ready to open for the season.
Laurel Mountain Ski Resort hasn’t opened the Wildcat Slope or its other trails quite yet, but that won’t be the case much longer.
The resort says thanks to “prolific snowmaking efforts,” they’ll be ready to open the slopes, including the Wildcat, on Dec. 20.
Opening day celebrations include a slopeside banner break at the lodge, a DJ, a new s’mores cart and a scavenger hunt.
