At least 1 injured in multi-vehicle crash in North Huntingdon

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa. — At least one person was injured in a crash in North Huntingdon Township Monday afternoon.

The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. on the eastbound side of the 9000 block of Route 30.

Three vehicles were involved in the crash and at least one person was being treated for injuries, according to Westmoreland County 911 dispatchers. The extent of the person’s injuries is unknown.

The eastbound lanes near the crash scene were shut down for about an hour.

North Huntingdon Township police are handling the investigation.
