At least one person was injured when a vehicle went over the hillside south of the 31st Street Bridge.
The crash occurred before noon in Troy Hill in the area of Hoff Street. The right lane of Route 28 inbound is blocked as crews work to clear the scene.

Chopper 11 circled the scene and video shows the car flipped onto its roof at the bottom of the hill. Police, fire and EMS are on scene.
