PITTSBURGH — A local contractor has been arrested, accused of fraud.
Shawn Barnacastle of Slippery Rock was recently arrested in Allegheny County by Bethel Park Police after officers accused him of stealing more than $900,000 from a local Home Depot.
When police processed his background check, they discovered Barnacastle was wanted on multiple warrants in various counties, including Butler.
