Man accused of killing 1 person, injuring 3 others during shooting in Beaver Falls arrested

BEAVER FALLS, Pa. — A man accused of killing a man and injuring multiple others in Beaver Falls has been arrested.

A release from the Beaver County District Attorney’s office said 25-year-old Decarlos Kavaun Warren was taken into custody. They did not release details on where or when he was arrested.

Police believe Warren was responsible for shooting four people in an incident where five people were shot.

Court documents say Warren shot four people during the incident. One of the people shot, Dwayne Lee Wells, later died. The three other victims had to be taken to a hospital.

During the shooting, Warren’s brother Monte Carlos Warren was shot and killed in what police say was self-defense.

Warren is from Michigan and waived extradition on Thursday. He was taken to the Beaver County Jail. He faces charges of criminal homicide, three charges of attempted criminal homicide, and six aggravated assault charges.
