WEIRTON, W.Va. — A West Virginia man is facing charges after police say he was shooting his children with a BB gun to discipline them.
According to Weirton police, 35-year-old Joseph Majewski is charged with child abuse with serious bodily injury and domestic battery.
Investigators say the children -- ages 6, 9 and 13 -- were taken Weirton Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Details of the injuries have not been released.
Majewski remains in the Northern Regional Jail on $120,000 bond.
