Pennsylvania State Police said William Middleton, 50, was drunk when he was thrown out of the Rayne Drop Inn near Marion Center just before 11 p.m. Sunday.
Investigators said he returned minutes later, and the victim hit Middleton with a frying pan and pushed him outside.
