PITTSBURGH — For the third time in less than two weeks, police said they're investigating a deadly shooting in Pittsburgh's Garfield neighborhood.
Channel 11's Brittny McGraw reported that the shooting happened at an apartment on Mossfield Street while neighbors rallied to end the violence.
Police identified the victim as 20-year-old Rudolf Freeman, of McKees Rocks. Investigators said he was visiting a friend and was shot and killed moments after leaving the apartment.
So far, no arrests have been made.
