MCKEES ROCKS, Pa. — A section of road in McKees Rocks closed for hours due to a water main break.
The break happened after midnight Thursday along Helen Street, near St. Mary Ukrainian Orthodox Parish.
Crews from West View Water were called to repair the break.
Helen Street was closed between Ella and Catherine streets.
A basement in one of the homes in the area flooded, a neighbor told Channel 11.
A West View Water spokesman told Channel 11 the break is on a 10-inch main between George and Catherine streets. Service was expected to be restored by noon.
