PITTSBURGH — City of Pittsburgh offices and CitiParks facilities are closed and refuse collections will be postponed Monday in observance of Memorial Day.
Refuse and recycling collection will be delayed one day.
Those who have a scheduled collection on Monday will be served on Tuesday. Those usually served Tuesday will be served Wednesday and so on throughout the week.
Residents are encouraged to place their refuse out for collection after 6 p.m. the night before their collection day as usual.

Healthy Active Living Centers, Recreation Centers, Mellon Park Tennis Center and the East End Farmers Market are all closed Monday.
Federal and state government offices are also closed. The U.S. Postal Service is closed, and no mail delivery will take place.
