Michael Bunting involved in crash outside PPG Paints Arena, will not play against Lightning

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Penguins forward Michael Bunting will not take the ice against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Sunday.

A team spokesperson confirms to Channel 11 that Bunting was involved in a crash near PPG Paints Arena on Sunday afternoon.

In his pregame media availability, head coach Mike Sullivan said that Bunting is ok, but will not play.
