WEST HOMESTEAD, Pa. — Multiple people were rescued from an elevator in West Homestead.
Members of the Munhall Central Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company said they were called to help the West Homestead Volunteer Fire Department with a rescue mission at the Hampton Inn on Christmas Eve.
Four people were trapped in an elevator in the hotel.
Crews were able to get all of them out safely.
Maintenance workers from the hotel began working on the elevator as soon as firefighters wrapped up.
