New map of US House districts picked by Pennsylvania high court, here’s what it means

PITTSBURGH — The Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s new congressional map changes the way Pennsylvanians vote members to congress.

11 News talked with Ellis Cannon, the host of Night Talk on PCNC, to discuss the impact and what both parties are saying about the new map.
