ALIQUIPPA, Pa. — A man was injured in a shooting in Aliquippa on Wednesday afternoon.
The shooting happened in the 300 block of Return Street just after 2:30 p.m. Police say the suspect ran away.
The victim was driven to a location in Center Township by private means where he was met by an ambulance and taken to a local hospital.
Neighbors told Channel 11 they heard at least 10 shots. Multiple parked cars were hit by gunfire.
There’s currently no word on the victim’s condition.
State police are leading the investigation and working to determine if this shooting is connected to a Wednesday morning incident in Aliquippa.
