Missing Pittsburgh boy, 12, found safe

PITTSBURGH — UPDATE: Pittsburgh police said Skyler was located and is safe.

A spokesperson for the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office said one of their deputies located the boy around 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of Merrimac Street and Virginia Avenue on Mt. Washington.

Pittsburgh police are searching for a missing 12-year-old boy with autism.

Skyler Johnson was last seen on Monday between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in Garfield.

He is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark blue pajamas and possibly a tan coat.
