LAS VEGAS — The Pittsburgh Steelers had about as poor of a start to the 2023 season as possible, with a season-opening blowout at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers destroying all the momentum from what was perceived to be a strong offseason and strong preseason.

Slowly but surely, they’re digging out of the hole they dug.
The Steelers offense had its strongest game of the season, the defense continues to find big plays in key moments, and the team is now 2-1 after a 23-18 win over the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday Night Football.
The Steelers got their best game of the season from Kenny Pickett, who completed two touchdown passes for the first time in his NFL career.
