Police crack down on underage drinking at First Niagara Pavilion

BURGETTSTOWN, Pa. — State police are working on lowering the amount of underage drinking at First Niagara Pavilion.

Authorities said 32 citations were issued for underage drinking before the Toby Keith concert Saturday.

Two citations were issued to juveniles, and one person was cited for having a fake ID, police said.

In addition, two people will be charged with giving alcohol to minors, according to police.
