SCOTT TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police have charged a Scott Township man with a maintaining a disorderly house ordinance after continually responding to the home.

According to the criminal complaint, police were called to Gary Schuck’s Hill Street home on Sunday for the report of a domestic violence situation.

Detectives said Schuck, 55, was charged with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly pushed his girlfriend to the ground, causing a gash on her head.

Authorities said the disorderly house ordinance was filed because officers have been called to the house several times and it has become a nuisance.

The complaint said Schuck was cited for "constant drinking, misbehavior, and his house has become a nuisance  to the neighborhood."

“There’s tons of people there at all times drinking and partying,” a neighbor said.

There is no jail time associated with the ordinance. Schuck will be forced to pay a fine of more than $100, Channel 11’s Renee Kaminski reported.

Kaminski also reported that Schuck was also arrested and convicted in May 2012 for child endangerment. A small child he was supposed to be watching was found wandering.
