Police looking for person who tried to steal holiday decorations from yard in Armstrong County

SOUTH BEND TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police are looking for a person who tried to steal decorations from a house in Armstrong County.

Pennsylvania State Police said the attempted theft happened at a house on Stoney Point Road in South Bend Township on Monday.

Troopers said they were trying to take an inflatable Santa decoration worth $100.

The suspect left the house in a dark blue pickup truck.

Anyone with information on similar incidents is asked to call PSP Kittanning at 724-543-2011.
