A Butler man was killed in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 79 on Friday morning, state police tell Channel 11.
Michael Webb, 52, of Harmony, was ejected from his motorcycle when he hit a deer around 5:40 a.m. near the Cranberry Exit in Butler County.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Butler County 911 originally told Channel 11 one person was taken to an area hospital and state police said two vehicles were involved.
The crash report does not mention any other vehicles or other injuries.
The road was temporarily closed but reopened around 8:40 p.m.
