LAWRENCE COUNTY, Pa. — A man is accused of crashing into two homes in Lawrence County, before and during a police pursuit.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, troopers were called to Guy Way in Wayne Township on Oct. 14 for a welfare check.
When police arrived, they found a man who was later identified as Isiah Carr, 28, slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle.
The vehicle was parked in a nearby driveway with the ignition running.
When police knocked on the window, Carr regained consciousness and allegedly fled the scene. While leaving the area, Carr reportedly crashed into a mobile home.
A pursuit took place through Wayne Township and ended when Carr crashed into a home in Ellwood City.
Police said Carr continued to flee on foot before he was arrested.
Carr is facing multiple charges, including fleeing from police and reckless driving.
