Woman killed in crash on Pennsylvania Turnpike ramp identified

A woman killed in a crash on the Parkway East on-ramp to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Thursday has been identified.

Fannie Stoltzfus, 84, of Romulus, died at the scene of the crash in Monroeville.

State police said a passenger van failed to maintain their lane, lost control and hit a guiderail before going down an embankment.

The crash occurred around 5:40 a.m. The ramp was temporarily closed.
