Restaurant Holdings to convert Pleasant Hills Atria’s to companion concept

PLEASANT HILLS, Pa. — Pat McDonnell emphasizes the latest change for his restaurants was part of the original plan anyway, so perhaps is less of a transition than it might seem.

“We originally had a plan for a Juniper Grill,” said McDonnell, CEO of Restaurant Holdings LP of the restaurant his group has operated for more than 10 years in Bill Green’s Shopping Center in Pleasant Hills.

While the restaurant had a more than 10-year run as an Atria’s, McDonnell indeed originally announced that he expected to establish his company’s Juniper Grill restaurant in the shopping center.
