CORAOPOLIS, Pa. — Police said they arrested two men early Thursday morning after they robbed several Robert Morris students at knifepoint.
Investigators said Ed Donnley and Keith Jackson entered the students' home on Francis Street in Coraopolis and demanded electronics and clothing.
"The door was unlocked and the guy came in the house. One had his face covered with a white cloth," said Coraopolis police Cpt. Ron Denbow. "He made one of the victims go upstairs with him and the other was down below."
Police said one of the four victims inside was able to find a baseball bat and used it to scare the men out of the home.
"This seemed like it was poorly planned," Denbow said.
Police said Donnley and Jackson were arrested a short time later and were found hiding in a nearby wooded area. Investigators said the men actually live on the same street.
No injuries were reported.
