PITTSBURGH — A portion of a busy road that was closed since early July reopened Tuesday morning.
Route 885, also known as Mifflin Road, was closed between Doerrville Avenue and Lebanon Road.

Crews are replacing a culvert and reconstructing the roadway.
Short-term, intermittent stoppages will occur through Monday, September 7 as crews continue construction activities including curb and sidewalk construction and traffic signal improvements.
Flaggers will control traffic.
