PITTSBURGH — No one was struck Friday night after shots were fired near George Cupples Stadium on the South Side, police said.
Authorities said the incident started as a brawl outside the stadium, where University Prep was playing Westinghouse.

Pittsburgh police said someone fired about five shots, putting the stadium on lockdown. A vehicle was damaged.
No injuries were reported at the scene and no suspects were in custody. A silver van was seen fleeing the scene.
Police said the incident is under investigation.
