PITTSBURGH — For the sixth year in a row, kids can get free pumpkins for Halloween at an event on Pittsburgh’s South Side.
The South Side Halloween Spooktacular is made possible by a partnership between South Side Kids and The Home Depot West Mifflin.
The event takes place Saturday from 2-4 p.m. at the Ormsby Recreation Center and hopes to bring fall fun into an urban environment.
In addition to bringing home free pumpkins, those who attend can expect hayrides, pumpkin painting, bounce houses, a monster mash dance party, food and more.
