PITTSBURGH — Showers return late Tuesday with off and on rain expected through part of the day Wednesday, before much colder changes the rain to snow.
Snow accumulations will be limited, but temperatures will fall from the 40s into the 20s by Wednesday night with wind chills by Thursday morning expected to be near zero.
