PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers have announced a celebration for the 50th anniversary of the Immaculate Reception.
The ceremony will take place on Friday, Dec. 23 at 3:30 p.m. at the Immaculate Reception Monument on West General Robinson Street between Stage AE and Acrisure Stadium. This is located at the exact location where the catch happened.
It is free and open to the public.

In addition to the ceremony on Friday, the following is a list and times of events open to the public that afternoon:

9 a.m. – Steelers Pro Shop
11 a.m. – Hall of Honor Museum (tour reservation required)
2 p.m. – FedEx Great Hall will open, including food and beverage at Franco’s Pizzeria and Pub 33
3:30 p.m. – Moment at the Immaculate Reception Monument

- Replay the original radio broadcast of the Immaculate Reception (3:41 p.m. ET)
Parking will be available e in Gold Lot 1, Gold Lot 1 Garage and Gold Lot 2. Fans can access Acrisure Stadium from the FedEx Great Hall Center and South gates.
The team will also be honoring the memorable catch during Saturday’s matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.
At halftime of the game against the Raiders, the Steelers will retire Harris’ Number ‘32′ in a halftime ceremony. The halftime celebration will include dozens of former Steelers who participated in the game. The Steelers now have three jersey numbers retired, including Harris, Ernie Stautner (#70) and Joe Greene (#75).
