The Steelers were flying back from their win in Las Vegas Sunday night.

The aviation department at Kansas City International Airport told Channel 11 the plane landed safely after experiencing engine trouble.

A Steelers spokesman said everyone on board was safe.

The team finally landed at Pittsburgh International Airport a little after 1:10 p.m.

Earlier in the day, Cam Heyward joked on X with Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce that the team needed a ride to Pittsburgh. Swift was spotted at Kansas City’s victory over Chicago as a guest of Kelce.
