PITTSBURGH — It will be dry this evening but big changes are on the way for the second half of the weekend!
Grab your umbrella and your rain jacket before you head out the door Sunday morning.
Rain will develop in the morning, and it will be steady to heavy at times throughout the day. Rainfall could reach between a half an inch to three-quarters of an inch with isolated higher amounts of up to an inch.
Watch for ponding on the roads and look for blocked drains from fall leaves that could cause water issues in areas. The damp weather comes with cool and breezy conditions on Sunday as well, highs will be in the 50s with wind gusts between 20-25 mph.
The rain will move out Sunday night and clear the area for Veterans Day on Monday. Monday will be sunny, cool and breezy with highs around 60 degrees. Dry weather is expected for Veterans Day parades Monday morning but it will feel chilly with temps in the 50s and a bit of a breeze so make sure to dress in layers. Monday marks the start of the next dry stretch of weather with sunshine for Tuesday and Wednesday, it will be cooler but highs still around average in the low to mid 50s.
