PITTSBURGH — A code orange air quality alert is in effect for the Liberty/Clairton area again today where the air quality could be unhealthy for sensitive groups. Those in this group may want to limit time outdoors in this area.

There will be a chance of a few showers by Wednesday evening with much cooler air to follow for the rest of the work week.

Highs Thursday will only make it to the upper 50s and the Pitt game Thursday evening will be dry, but temperatures will turn chilly fast! Kickoff Thursday evening will be in the low 50s and falling to the mid-40s near the end of the game.
