CARNEGIE, Pa. — Police released surveillance video that shows a suspect shoot into a car with a baby inside.
Three men have been arrested and police continue to search for the other suspect wanted in the shooting that injured three victims, including a 1-month-old infant, in April.
Authorities said the shooting happened outside the Carnegie Towers on Capitol Drive in April. The victims were not identified, but authorities said they have family members who live in the building.
Byron Hall, 21, and James Edmonds Jr., 20, were arrested and were charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. A third suspect was also arrested.
Police said 19-year-old Rashad Watson is still being sought and faces charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering and other counts.
Video that police said shows Watson shoot into the car was played in court Thursday at Edmonds’ preliminary hearing.
Edmonds’ attorney said the video supports his client’s innocence.
“Shots were fired and my guy hunches down, runs the other way and he never had any weapons. During the entire four minutes he never had a weapon,” the attorney said.
Anyone with information on Watson’s whereabouts is asked to contact police.
