TURTLE CREEK, Pa. — A Turtle Creek man is facing federal charges after he allegedly produced, transported and possessed child sexual abuse material.
Ja’re Glavney-Owens, 19, is facing three charges, the Department of Justice said.
Officials said Glavney-Owens tried to or did use, persuade, induce, entice and coerce a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct in or around November 2024.
Glavney-Owens is also accused of transporting and attempting to transport child sexual abuse material and with possessing child sexual abuse material.
Glavney-Owens faces up to 30 years in prison, a fine of up to $1 million or both.
