OIL CITY, Pa. — State police in Venango County are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing woman.
Police said Theresa Bills, 62, was last seen at a home on Eagle Rock Road in President Township near Oil City.

Bills is described as standing 5 feet, 4 inches and weighing about 115 pounds. She has brown eyes and mostly gray hair that falls to the middle of her back. She often wears pigtails. Police said she was last wearing a tan long sleeved shirt with a blue pullover jacket.
Anyone with information on this missing woman is asked to call state police at 814-676-6596.
