CLAIRTON, Pa. — Tuesday marks 32 years since Toni McNatt-Chiappetta's disappeared from her hometown of Clairton.
His sister, Lea Keeney, said the then 14-year-old girl was headed to a pep rally at her school, but she never made it.
McNatt-Chiappetta was last seen on Miller and Mitchell avenues.
While there was no evidence of a struggle, police said they suspect foul play.
Keeney feels in her heart that her sister is no longer alive.
Keeney said she made her mother a promise before she died. Keeney promised she would find her sister and lay her to rest.
"Even if someone just made a phone call and led police in the right direction, somewhere to look. I just want my sister's remains. My sister doesn't deserve to be lying in the middle of nowhere. No one deserves that," said Keeney.
Family and friends will hold a vigil at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. It will take place on Miller Avenue near Clairton's football stadium. Candles are free.
