PITTSBURGH — A woman was taken to a hospital after being hit by a pickup truck on Pittsburgh’s North Side on Tuesday evening.
According to police, first responders were called to Hazlip Way at 7:15 p.m. for the incident.
Once on scene, first responders found a woman pinned under the vehicle. EMS and fire crews lifted the vehicle to extricate the woman, who was conscious and alert.
The woman was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition, police said.
Police said the driver of the pickup truck stayed on scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
