PITTSBURGH,None — The newest addition to Ross Park Mall will open its doors on Monday, October 25.
California Pizza Kitchen will open its first full-service restaurant in Pittsburgh at Ross Park.
The new 5,000 square foot restaurant is located near the mall entrance next to L.L Bean. Hours of operation will be Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The menu will feature hearth-baked pizzas, pastas, salads, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and desserts, along with a full-service bar.
The new California Pizza Kitchen will donate 100 percent of all dine-in pizza sales during regular business hours on Tuesday, November 2, to Junior Achievement. Junior Achievement is a youth development organization with the core purpose to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Today, JA reaches more than 61,000 students in western PA through some 3,000 local volunteers.
California Pizza Kitchen, Inc., was founded in 1985. Of the chain's 263 restaurants, 207 are company-owned and 56 operate under franchise or license agreements.
