Royal Connaught Park has been featured in nearly 400 films and television shows.
Most notably, it doubled as Hogwarts in the Harry Potter Series.
The Comer Group has renovated the school and is now offering luxury apartments and homes on the campus.
A total of 28 units are available with prices starting around $1 million.
The dining hall, which was extensively used as Hogwarts Great Hall, is largely unchanged from its film appearance and will be available as a community space.
