FRAZER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The Pittsburgh Mills mall in Frazer Township is set to be sold in January, Channel 11’s news partners at

reported Monday.
Wells Fargo Bank foreclosed on the mall two years ago and has scheduled to sell it sometime in mid-January, along with several other buildings on the property.

learned the sale does not include properties across the main entrance road, such as stores near Lowe’s, Michael’s or Sam’s Club.
According to court documents, Wells Fargo is owed about $143 million by the mall’s two original developers: Virginia-based Mills Corp. and Zamias Services of Johnstown.
