PITTSBURGH — This election season has been an unusual one – one filled with concerns about voter security and safety at the polls during the COVID-19 pandemic.

One big focus has been mail-in ballots: their legality, potential for fraud, issues with delayed delivery, incorrect addresses and people receiving the wrong ballot all together.
