FRIENDSWOOD, TEXAS — A realtor in Texas is now charged with criminal trespassing after a so-called "housewarming" visit.
A 22-year-old realtor named Marisa Seloff sold a house here last Friday. Saturday morning police say a neighbor noticed something suspicious across the street-- flashlights shining through the house. Officers were called and peeked through window to find Seloff and 27-year-old Joshea Leal in what investigators called a "passionate rendezvous."
Police say the two hid as officers entered the home, then claimed they were married and had just purchased the house. When police asked for ID, Seloff opened her car door and the officer says he could smell marijuanna and then found a pipe on the dashboard along with a small bag of the drug.
