PITTSBURGH — PennDOT officials said a crash with multiple vehicles had completely closed the inbound lanes of the Squirrel Hill Tunnel for a short time.

PennDOT officials said emergency personnel were on scene.
Drivers should expect some major delays that could last well into the evening.
