NORTH FAYETTE, Pa. — Students and staff at McKee Elementary School were evacuated after a small construction fire broke out Wednesday afternoon.
The fire was a small contained blaze in a secondary roof structure, and was isolated to the construction area, where no classrooms or students are located.
There was no structural damage to the school building.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
