BEDFORD, Tex. — A masked bandit broke into a Texas police station this week and led officers on a wild pursuit that lasted several hours.
The raccoon fell through the ceiling of the Bedford Police Department late Sunday night.

Surveillance video shows several officers chasing the quick critter throughout the building. The raccoon scurried away with officers in hot pursuit, armed with nets. The dark recesses behind vending machines became the raccoon's hideout until officers surrounded it again.
Finally, after nine long hours, the officers captured the creature and set it free in a park.
