PENN HILLS, Pa. — An 18-year-old woman was shot outside a bar in Penn Hills early Thursday morning and has died at a local hospital.
Allegheny County police are now taking over the investigation after someone called for help just before 3 a.m. from Flinn’s Pub on Frankstown Road.
Police said they found the woman, identified as Leona Dailey, shot in the parking lot.

Our Channel 11 camera captured a shell casing near a taped off red car. Police eventually towed away another red car parked near the car entrance.
Police learned the woman got in some sort of altercation with another woman in the parking lot.
There are currently no suspects.
Police said they’re now working to review surveillance footage from local businesses nearby.
