A woman is facing charges after her 1-year-old daughter was found walking alone in McKeesport on Thursday afternoon.
The girl was only wearing "an extremely dirty diaper" as she pushed a baby stroller near Spring and Walnut streets when 911 calls came in, according to a criminal complaint.

A neighbor told police where the girl lived, and as they approached the building, her mother came outside, according to the complaint.
Amber Dorsey, 34, told the officers she was gathering her four other children to watch a movie, and asked a 9-year-old where the 1-year-old was, according to the complaint. The older child replied that the toddler was in the kitchen.
Dorsey couldn't find the toddler and then noticed a sliding glass door was open. She walked outside to look for the girl when she encountered the officers, according to the complaint.
Her daughter had been found about a block away.
Once inside, officers observed Dorsey "tossing" the 1-year-old on a couch and yelling at the other children, including at a 7-year-old for not closing the sliding glass door.
Dorsey is charged with endangering the welfare of children.
