PITTSBURGH — 127 new cases and 4 new hospitalizations: That’s what officials with the Allegheny County Health Department reported Sunday.

Today’s 3,557 cases include 127 new cases & 4 new hospitalizations out of 1,044 test results. In the newest cases, ages range from 8 mos to 84 years old with 30 being the median age.

Sunday’s cases bring the county’s total to 3,557 cases since the outbreak began. There were no additional deaths from the virus reported Sunday.
In the cases reported Sunday, health officials said the ages of the patients ranged from eight months to 84 years. The average age was 30.

Sunday marks the sixth straight day of over 100 new cases being reported in Allegheny County. Bars and restaurants were ordered to close to in-person dining ahead of the holiday weekend and most area fireworks displays were canceled.
